This policy explains how OMNILINK ENTERPRISES INC (“OMNILINK A-TEAM,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected in connection with our text messaging program. It applies only to that program. It is separate from, and additional to, any other privacy policy we publish.

What we collect

When you opt in to receive text messages from OMNILINK A-TEAM, we collect:

Your mobile telephone number
Your business name and contact name, where you provide them
A consent record — the date, time, and method by which you opted in
The messages exchanged between us, and their delivery status

How we use it

We use your mobile number solely to send the messages you opted in to receive, and to respond when you reply. We keep consent records in order to document that you opted in, and to honor opt-out requests.

We do not use your mobile number for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. Those providers process your number only to transmit our messages and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain consent records for 4 years. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely, so that we do not contact you again after you have asked us to stop.

Stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
